● Designed and styled annual and semi-annual leadership conferences, which housed the President, VPs,
and hundreds of business leaders. Created motion graphic packaged graphics, photoshoot sessions,
video presentations, and conference agenda booklets. Saved the company $30,000 by utilizing our
in-house agency.
Achievements
° Created training content for a top Fortune 500 company. The material was used to train more than
100,000 field representatives countrywide.
° Launched an Employee Resource Group (ERG) internally where 14% of active members were promoted
and 23% of active members moved into new, internal roles. Through marketing strategies and
campaigns, I increased membership to over 500 active members within our first year.
° Enhanced our presentation materials by updating it to include interactive videos and a consistent style
palette to win multiple million-dollar businesses within our RFP process.
